I would like to know how I can obrain some of the info from the college shinerama car wash? I know they were taking photos and would like to obtain some of the photos. I will gladly pay for a vopy of the newspaper that has the shinerama articles in it
Thank you for your time
Sincerely, Anne Bygott.
DC News didn’t cover that event. It was most likely the Chronicle newspaper.
I’ve passed along your query to Gerry Rose, the Chronicle Editor.
I was wondering if DC news knew anything about the internet problem facing the residence buildings for Durham college and uoit. The residents are being faced with constant outages and connection time outs and are having trouble doing assignments, especially when we can’t even connect to mycampus or web ct, not mention all the other sites on the internet. And the network administrators seem to be nothing about it because we have been having this issue for weeks now. Any light on whats being done would be appreciated.
In sending this I expect to have to refresh several times because chances are the internet won’t connect.
Thanks for your time and sorry for the long windedness!
Thanks for the news tip. We’ll have someone investigate that on Monday for DC News and pass the info along to The Chronicle Staff as well.

I am wondering if I may volunteer a one hour music ‘show’ to your station. It would be a variety of mostly easy listening music as a fill-in between your other radio programs, if needed. I can send them in on CDS or what ever is OK wth you. Thank you. I am an ‘oldtimer’ I guess you would say. I presently work in the repair department of Long and McQuade on Simcoe Street weekdays. Thanks.Len.
Thanks for your inquiry. DC News actually doesn’t run a radio station.
I would suggest contacting the Riot Radio station at http://www.riotradio.ca. You will also find information on how to volunteer at the Riot at this page
